Fireworks at the Beach!!

Dad took his girls to the Indiana Dunes to watch the fireworks display on Wednesday night. It was really crowded...

Daddy turned 36!!

Daddy turned 36 on the 9th. We celebrated by going to Panera for breakfast and opening up all his presents!! Turned out he needed the shop-vac more than Mommy could have ever known. (a week later we had a small water problem at the new house!!)

My first time in Grandma's pool this summer!!

We went to grandma's pool on Monday! I sure did love being in the water for about half an hour. Next time I will try for longer!!

Cheese Town!

We hit our new library this morning to try to get some cards and check out some books, but alas, we don't have any confirming mail. It is hard to have without a mailbox. Here are some pictures to show you what a good time we had though.

This is the fireplace with comfy rocking chairs where Addie and I hung out most of the hour and a half that we were there!

This is Elizabeth with whom Addie acquainted herself. She is 18 months and towered over Addie, but they played in the tent very nicely.

Addie looks so big sitting in a rocker reading a book. Her sister played board games with two other little kids and made a craft. Check out her fairy on her blog!

Ooooooooooooooohhhhhhh!!

The house is closer to becoming a home!! The appliances were delivered and the phone and direct tv were installed Wednesday. We close(keep your fingers crossed) on Monday or Tuesday next week.
